BGA Casting is a principal and background casting agency commed to providing quality Union and Non-Union performers along with other casting services including payroll and real people casting. BGA Casting was founded in 1988 by Chad Floyd and takes pride in being extremely innovative when it comes to giving production companies more options when casting principal or background talent.

Chad is an actor, writer, comedian, and casting director. A graduate of the University of Texas, Chad has worked as a production assistant, assistant director, art department set dresser, director's personal assistant, principal casting director, principal actor and a director for 12 years before starting BGA Casting. The goal of the company was to focus on service with personal attention to each and every client. Since its inception, BGA Casting has continued to grow while cultivating great production relationships. Equally as important, is BGA's ability to rise to the increasing demands of production.
